In return for allowing you access to Cats 1st UK Shop, we require you to accept the Terms & Conditions of use set out in this notice. These terms of use are a legal agreement between us (Nakama Ltd, company number 14032817 , company house registered address: Flat 41 Viscount House, 8 Lakeside Drive, London NW10 7GS and describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our website and the services we offer including the sale of retail goods to consumers. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and our Privacy Policy. Nakama Shop is the trading name for Cats 1st UK.

All products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. All photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website and any descriptions, photos or illustrations are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard. All Prices are subject to change without prior notice; are quoted in GBP.

 

Purchasing Products

Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, in addition to paying for the products dispatched to you; you will have to pay for delivery at the rate applicable for the date and time of your delivery. Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we may credit to your account. You may instruct us to refund to your bank account instead. Refund may take 10-14 working days depending on the card issuing bank of the customer.

 

Our liability

If we are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result of our breach and to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence of both of us at the time you placed the relevant order.

 

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the Goods.

 

Transfer of Rights

You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any third parties. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to another business where re reasonably believe your rights will not be affected

 

Reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. Offers are subject to Terms & Conditions. If we email an offer this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code. You may cancel or change any of your current orders up until the amendment cut-off point specified on our Website. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

If within 7 days of you placing your order on the Website, a pricing error is found in respect of any of the Goods you have ordered but which have not yet been dispatched, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option of cancelling the order for the mis-priced Goods or placing a new order at the correct price of the mis-priced Goods.
