What is the delivery charge?

International Delivery

All international customers must check that the items they are ordering will be accepted in their country by customs prior to placing an order. This service is tracked and signed, and parcels are usually delivered within 5-7 days to USA, however delays can occur due to each individual country’s postal system.

International Orders

We are currently unable to export certain goods (e.g.: foods, treats and medicines) to USA.

Customs and Duties

We are not responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.


Free delivery for purchases of £39.90 or more.

Orders usually arrive within the times stated, but delivery time is not guaranteed. Saturday isn’t counted as a proper working day, however your order may arrive on a Saturday.


If you’re out when your order arrives, the delivery person will either leave it on your doorstep, or post a slip giving you instructions to postmen on how to re-arrange delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the expected time, please keep on tracking via Royal Mail website, or wait a couple of days to account for delays. You may contact us for details on what to do next.

Yes! We currently ship selected non-food products to the U.S., including cat toys, accessories, and homeware goods.
Sorry, not at this time, due to customs restrictions and product regulations, food and treats are only available for UK Delivery.
All prices are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP). Your bank will convert it to USD based on the current exchange rate for US market.
We are ready to dispatch parcel as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all outstanding orders placed up until 2pm. During busy periods we also prepare the post on Saturday and Sunday.

If you’re out when your order arrives, the delivery person will either leave it on your doorstep, or post a slip giving you instructions on how to re-arrange delivery. If you don’t want to miss your delivery, we recommend having it sent to an address where someone is always in, such as to a workplace or a relative.

For UK Delivery, if there’s always no one available in shipping address, for the best safety, we highly recommended you can choose courier collecting point which near your convenience workplace or home. You may choose DPD courier service for their collect points in UK. Please contact us if you needed further info to ensure you can receive the parcel safely.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the expected time, please wait a couple of days to account for delays, then contact us for details on what to do next. In the majority of cases when an order is delayed it can usually be located at the local sorting office. If a redelivery request does not result in the order arriving and to determine that a parcel is definitely lost, we usually ask that customers allow 10-14 days (after dispatch) for orders sent via Standard UK delivery before we are able to take the next level of action.

We are sorry that food/treats/customized/sales products are not eligible for return or exchange. For details, please also refer to Refund & Return policy.

On very rare occasions, delivery services can be a little rough which may result in damage to your order.

If any of your items arrive with damage or are broken, please email us photos of the item and the outer box to cats1stuk@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
