Usage
- Place the grinder in a stable and safe place
- Put the food in the container, do not exceed the scale, and screw the container and the main cover tightly.
- Hold the grinder at the bottom with one hand, press the top unit slowly, push the blade to the bottom of the container, then slowly release it to return the blade to its original position. The more you press, the finer the powder.
